WHAT WE TEACH: We are official teachers for the Sprockids program (intro to biking grades K-6), bike safety, biking 101, advanced biking, bike mechanics, and more. We build programs for children, youth, and adults.

How can you benefit from biking programs? Movement, like bike riding, is beneficial for kids (and adults!) of all ages. For younger kids, riding a bike can help develop balance, motor skills, and coordination — all skills that make sports and all of life's other activities easier.

Biking is a perfect way to explore the outdoors, meet like-minded people, and build confidence. It's socially-oriented, it's fun, and it gets you outside and exercising. When it comes to healthy activities for kids of any age, it's hard to beat cycling. Riding bikes is an excellent cardiovascular workout. Good for the heart and the brain! Biking helps develop kids in ways that may be less visible but equally important.

Biking is a great way to build social skills, particularly when young kids are discovering new things together as their worlds quickly expand. By the time they approach high school, bike clubs and similar extra-curriculars offer new, readymade circles of like-minded youths.
